Finesun After-sales service items:

Finesun customer service department adherings to the "service creates value" after-sales purposes, to offer excellent machines and services in place. Customer satisfaction is our work standards. In order to allow all buyers to enjoy better rights and services, please read the following terms carefully.

1, Warranty: 

All products are with one year warranty and lifetime maintenance;
Users enjoy no less than the national Three Guarantees: within warranty period, we will offer free repairment. Beyond warranty period, we will offer paid maintenence service under unified charging standards.


If the product has a failure during warranty period, the user must show guarantee card for repairing and the serial number of the repaired product, both must be the same as the guarantee’sIf notwe will calculate the warranty period basing on the product serial number. If neither, the user can not enjoy the free service, and we will provide the paid services also. The maintenance charge and accessories fees are under unified charging standards.
3, Regulations of Repair:
Machine performance failure within seven days after sold, users can ask for free repair ( shipping damage is excluded).
In order to protect your legal rights, to avoid unnecessary losses, please note that the following causes of product failure, abnormal or damaged are not in free repaire range.

1) Improperly use, maintenance or storage;
2) Personally dismantling or repairing;
3) No proof of purchase and valid invoice;
4) Model Number on the warranty does not match product model or altered;
5) Product warranty is expiry;
6) Non-standard spare parts is used;
7) Machine be repaired or demolished by non-Finesun authorized staff;
8)Natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, etc.)
Note: Above terms are only suitable for Finesun machinery and electronics products, vulnerable parts are excluded.
Special Note
All buyers are required to open wooden box to check and examine the machine before handover. We will not be responsible for the defect or fault after delivery (machine performance failure is not within this rule).
